Introduction: 

Zonta International is a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. Nearly 33,000 members belong to more than 1,200 Zonta Clubs in 67 countries and geographic areas. Zonta serves as a platform for promoting advocacy and service delivery for advancing the status of women worldwide. 
Our mission​:

The Zonta Z Club aims to serve with love and cordiality. Our theme this year is "Independent and self-assured women are unstoppable, they achieve beyond imagination." Women’s potential is immeasurable, but it has been hindered by constant discrimination and suppression throughout the pages of history. The lasting impact extends till now, when the stereotype of meek, mild women is deeply rooted in the social norms, not only does it cause unequal treatment of women in terms of education, job opportunities and leadership roles, but the traditional standards for a women's physique also gives them more insecurity and anxiety, affecting their health. The gems of women could be temporarily hidden under the dust-covered ground, but once women break through the biased views and realise the light and value they bear, their achievements would exceed imagination. One day, the hidden treasure women possess will reappear from the dusty earth, sparkling and gleaming ever so clearly and brightly under the blazing sun.
